Shipping Policy

As you make your purchase on our website, you agree to allow 7-14 business days for processing time for all SHIPPED products. Our products are custom, handmade products. The shipping time frame purchased with USPS is the time frame USPS will take to deliver your package after it has left our care. Paris House of Beauty & USPS are two different companies. After the allotted processing time has been completed, Your Tracking Number will then state exact date of delivery once received.  

Once your package is dropped off at USPS, It is no longer our responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are dropped off. All claims must be resolved through USPS. Click the link below for more instructions on how to file a claim through USPS. Please take your time to put in your CORRECT ADDRESS during checkout. If your address is invalid or your requesting a change of address, it is a $10.00 fee. If your package is sent back and you want us to ship it again, there will be a $10.00 fee.

Tracking will be sent notifying customers of shipment once orders have shipped only. Tracking will state exact date of delivery from the delivery carrier, not House Of Beauty by Paris J .

Once orders are dropped off to the carrier we are no longer responsible for the package or delivery time. Please provide correct shipping info at the time of purchase, we cannot change addresses after purchase is complete due to liability reasons.

*Order Revisions: ie: Address Changes incur an additional $10 fee *.

 Missed deliveries have to be picked up from your nearest post office via notice that may be left states or sign for redelivering.

If you have any questions or problems, contact us directly within 24hrs - 72Hrs for help ONLY. After 72Hrs Paris House of Beauty LLC will not be held responsible for any order issues. When inquiring about an order please allow 48hrs - 72hrs for a response.

Increased Transit Time: 

We appreciate your patience as all of our carriers are working through increased package volume along with staffing shortages. Transit time has increased, and long delays without an updated tracking scan are normal as they are unable to scan packages at every stop along the way to you. We allow 14 business days of transit time before a package is considered lost in the event that it has stopped scanning without being/displaying delivered. 

 

Undeliverable Packages:

If your package is returned to our company because the address was entered incorrectly or the package was unclaimed, we will gladly reship the package for a $10 reshipment fee. 

 

Local Deliveries:

Delivery Days & Times are Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10am - 6pm. Please indicate your preferred date and time in the delivery instructions at check out. Please Be sure to have a Photo ID or Valid Drivers License available at time of delivery. Your Order Name and Photo ID MUST MATCH.
Any missed deliveries will incur a $10 re-delivery/shipping fee. 

 

Local Pick Up:

Pick-Up Days & Times are Monday - Friday from 9am - 6pm. Once your order is ready for pick up, you will receive an email. Please Call or Text: (561) 654-0830 to schedule your Pick-Up Date & Time. Please Be sure to have a Photo ID or Valid Drivers License available at time of Pick-Up. Your Order Name and Photo ID MUST MATCH. If you are unable to provide a photo ID or Drivers License at the time of Pick-Up you will have to reschedule your pick up for another day.

Once your order is ready, you will have 7days to pick up your order. If you have not reached out to us or scheduled your pick up time and date within 7 days, your order will be marked as no call no show and will incur a 50% restocking fee. The remaining balance will be refunded in the form of a store credit.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you love your purchase from House Of Beauty by Paris J. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we're very sorry to hear that & apologize for the inconvenience. Please email concerns to customersupport@parishouseofbeauty.com. All sales are final, we do not accept exchanges, refunds or returns.  

AfterPay: All orders paid with AfterPay are not eligible for refunds, exchanges and/or store credits. 

All beauty products are custom handmade as ordered, no refunds or exchanges are issued. Please do not ship back without written approval from House Of Beauty of Paris J.

In the case where your package is shipped back to us and a refund is requested, reviewed and accepted by management , a 50% restocking fee + all shipping costs will be applied to your complete order total and you will receive a store credit of the remaining balance.
