We hope you love your purchase from House Of Beauty by Paris J. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we're very sorry to hear that & sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please email concerns to customersupport@parishouseofbeauty.com. All sales are final, we do not accept  refunds or returns. All beauty products are custom handmade as ordered, no refunds or exchanges are issued. Please do not ship back without written approval from House Of Beauty of Paris J.

In the case where your package is shipped back to us and a refund is requested, reviewed and approved by management, a 50% restocking fee + all shipping costs will be applied and you will receive a store credit of the remaining balance.

In the case where a refund is requested, reviewed and accepted by management while your order is still PROCESSING, a 50% restocking fee + all shipping costs will be applied.
