Shipping policy

Shipping / Delivery / Curbside Policy 

Please allow 7-14 business days processing time for all SHIPPED products. They are custom handmade products. The shipping time frame purchased with USPS is how long they will take to deliver your package after it has left our care. Tracking will state exact date of delivery once received.  

Once your order is left with/ picked up by the shipping carrier, USPS/UPS it is no longer our responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are dropped off/picked up. All claims must be resolved through USPS/UPS. Please take your time to put in your correct address during checkout. If your address is invalid or you're requesting a change of address, it is a $10.00 fee. If your package is sent back and you want us to ship it again, there will be a $10.00 fee.

Tracking will be sent via email/SMS messaging notifying customers of shipment once orders have shipped only. Tracking will state exact date of delivery from the delivery carrier.

Once orders are dropped off to our carrier(s) we are no longer responsible for the package or delivery time. Please provide correct shipping info at the time of purchase we cannot change addresses after purchase is complete due to liability reasons.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Missed deliveries have to be picked up from your nearest post office via notice that may be left states or sign for redelivering.

Increased Transit Time: 

We appreciate your patience as all of our carriers are working through increased package volume along with staffing shortages. Transit time has increased, and long delays without an updated tracking scan are normal as they are unable to scan packages at every stop along the way to you. We allow 14 business days of transit time before a package is considered lost in the event that it has stopped scanning without being/displaying delivered. 

 

Undeliverable Packages:

If your package is returned to our company because the address was entered incorrectly or the package was unclaimed, we will gladly reship the package for a $10 reshipment fee. 

 

Local Deliveries:

Delivery Days & Times are Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10am - 6pm. Please indicate your preferred date and time in the delivery instructions at check out. Please Be sure to have a Photo ID or Valid Drivers License available at time of delivery. Your Order Name and Photo ID MUST MATCH.
Any missed deliveries will incur a $10 re-delivery/shipping fee. 

 

Local Pick Up:

Pick-Up Days & Times are Monday - Friday from 9am - 6pm. Once your order is ready for pick up, you will receive an email. Please Call or Text: (561)654-0830 to schedule your Pick-Up Date & Time. Please Be sure to have a Photo ID or Valid Drivers License available at time of Pick-Up. Your Order Name and Photo ID MUST MATCH. If you are unable to provide a photo ID or Drivers License at the time of Pick-Up you will have to reschedule your pick up for another day.

Once your order is ready you will have 7days to pick up your order. If you have not reached out to us or scheduled your pick up time and date, your order will be marked as no call no show and will incur a 50% restocking fee. The remaining balance will be refunded in the form of a store credit.
